Teachers CU Installs Vovici’s Voice Of The Customer Enterprise Feedback Management

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Teachers CU has deployed Vovici’s Voice of the Customer and enterprise feedback management solutions to power its member experience program with the goals of increasing satisfaction, transaction and referral rates.

The $2 billion credit union implemented a survey program to gauge the likelihood that members would refer a friend or family member to the credit union. “By utilizing Vovici internally we are able to be much more responsive to our members,” said Julie Sisco, research analyst with Teachers. “Vovici enables us to capture immediate impressions of our members’ interactions and to proactively manage the feedback and resolve any issues. This is also beneficial in monitoring our employee incentive plans based on specific metrics rather than subjective opinions.”
