Navy FCU Joins CUISPA Board
AUSTIN, Texas–The world’s largest credit union has joined the Credit Union Information Security Professionals Association (CUISPA). Following Navy FCU’s decision to reach out to the technology consortium serving credit unions, Navy Fed’s Information Security Program Manager Ray Murphy was elected to the CUISPA board.
The world’s largest CU, Navy Federal Credit Union, has taken a proactive role in the industry’s Technology Security Consortium, CUISPA. Ray Murphy, Information Security Program Manager for Navy FCU, has been elected to the CUISPA Board following Navy FCU’s outreach to CUISPA.
“As information security threats continues to change at a rapid pace, it becomes extremely important that credit unions work together to combat the current threats to member information,” Murphy said. “As part of CUISPA, we are looking forward to working with our fellow credit unions in exchanging information and sharing our experiences to help enhance the service that we provide to the credit union membership.”
CUISPA membership includes more than 35 of the top 50 CUs in the country and more than half of the Corporate credit union network.
