Telhio CU has chosen Coveo Enterprise Search to streamline information access to internal procedures documentation.
The system will manage all documents in the credit union's Intranet, which primarily consist of internal policies and procedures. Due to the sensitive nature of these documents, secure access is a high requirement for Telhio.
CES leverages Telhio's existing investment in Active Directory and ensures that users cannot access documents without appropriate permissions.
The system allows users to view a 50-100 word document summary without opening the document.
