Telhio CU Streamlines Document SearchProcess

COLUMBUS, Ohio - (07/13/06) -- Telhio CU reported Wednesday it haschosen Coveo Enterprise Search to streamline information access tointernal procedures documentation. The system will manage alldocuments in the credit union’s Intranet, which primarilyconsist of internal policies and procedures. Due to the sensitivenature of these documents, secure access is a high requirement forTelhio. CES leverages Telhio's existing investment in ActiveDirectory and ensures that users cannot access documents withoutappropriate permissions. The system allows users to view a 50-100word document summary without opening the document.
