RICHARDSON, Texas - (05/23/06) Texans CU, the $1.7 billioncredit union giant, said Monday it has contracted with IA Systemsto implement the companys StreamLend Velocity software tosupport its direct and indirect lending program. The credit unionsaid it chose StreamLend Velocity for its 31 branches because thesystem is customizable for its branch network and its open softwarearchitecture allows for greater compatibility with other marketproducts. Texans CU is scheduled to replace its currentcustom-built, in-house system in October. IA Systems is based inAlbany, N.Y.
