TEXAS CITY, Texas (05/31/06) – AMOCO FCU said Tuesday it has implemented an IP Telephony network with the addition of its new headquarters building.

The system consists of the Cistera ConvergenceServer, licensed RapidBroadcast and CallCenterRecord application engines to enhance the productivity of their Cisco AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) VoIP system.

RapidBroadcast allows AMOCO FCU to leverage its Cisco IP phones for paging, and eliminated the cost of installing overhead speakers in their new location.

CallCenterRecord provides continuous recording of their Call Center agents, and provides for easy access to recorded calls, as well as support for training and evaluation purposes.
