AMARILLO, Texas Texas Plains FCU has named its chief financial officer, Kasha Young, as president and CEO of the $30-million credit union.
Young joined the credit union, then known as Plains Bell FCU, in 2003. Young will succeed Terry McCormick, who retired as CEO Jan. 31.
