DAVENPORT, Iowa – The Bettendorf School Board on Monday approved a proposal to allow The Family CU to install an ATM at Bettendorf High School.

The credit union agreed to install an ATM at the school at no cost because it was impressed with a student from the high school who worked at the credit union, and the student had suggested the school could use the machine.
The credit union will charge a $1 per-transaction fee.
The machine will be installed outside the high school activities office for now, and will be moved to the proposed new commons area when it is completed.
