Three Credit Unions Implement Fiserv's Core Platform

Three credit unions in separate states incorporated Fiserv's DNA core accounting processing platform and integrated solutions during the last quarter of 2015, the financial technology company announced Wednesday.

The $724 million-asset Neighbors Federal Credit Union in Baton Rouge, La., $2.7 billion Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Lake Jackson, and $467 million Thrivent Federal Credit Union in Appleton, Wis., implemented DNA's real-time processing platform that is designed to increase credit union efficiency for its members by providing greater support for digital services and more personalized experiences.

Neighbors Federal Credit Union incorporated DNA's integrated functionality for online and mobile banking, electronic payments, business intelligence, debt processing and statement and card product services, as well as DNAcreator that enables credit unions to develop and market custom DNAapps.

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union deployed the platform and integrated suite that includes DNAcreator and additional functionality for accounting, enterprise content management, teller and wire processing, and interactive voice response services.

Thrivent Federal Credit Union used DNA to provide 24/7 access to lending and business banking services.

Mark Sievewright, president of credit union solutions at the Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv, said DNA allows credit unions to modernize their operations and enhance the speed and quality for members.

"With an increased focus on delivering a consistent and relevant multi-channel experience, credit unions can rely on DNA and integrated best-in-class solutions from Fiserv to help them engage members with services that keep pace with their busy lives," Sievewright said in a statement.
