BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The League of Southeastern CUs yesterday said its service corp has joined with the service corps for the Michigan CU League and the Mountain West CU Association to acquire Credit Union Vendor Management, a Colorado CUSO that specializes in due diligence for credit unions.
The ownership group consists of the Southeastern Leagues’ LEVERAGE, the Mountain West CU Association’s Strategic Partners CUSO, and the Michigan League’s CU Solutions Group, a national CUSO with a broad base of credit union system owners.
CU Vendor Management is a contract management solution that works to reduce or eliminate the burden associated with managing vendor relationships, help credit unions comply with vendor due diligence and minimize vendor risk.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
