TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Tinker FCU announced the hiring of David Willis, a senior vice president at Kitsap Community CU in Bremerton, Wash., as its new executive vice president and chief operations officer.
Willis, who joined the $1.7 billion credit union last week, will report directly to President and CEO Michael Kloiber.
Willis worked with Kitsap CU since 1984 and was most recently senior vice president and chief operations officer at the $750 million credit union.
