Tiny Faith-Based CU Gets Big FOM

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – NCUA has cleared Alabama West Florida Methodist FCU, which claims just 500 members, to serve 150,000 members and employees of the Alabama and west Florida Methodist churches.

NCUA reported yesterday it approved a request by Mechanicsburg, Penn.-based Xcel FCU to serve 8,000 members of the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club; Members 1st FCU’s application to serve 6,500 employees of the Hershey’s Co.; and, Laurel, Md.’s Market USA FCU’s bid to serve 10,000 employees of C&S Wholesale Grocers in Keene, N.H.

NCUA also approved requests from CPM FCU, in Irmo, S.C., to serve 7,000 members of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers’ Association in Irmo; and by Randolph-Brooks FCU to serve 22,000 students of the Pflugerville School District in Pflugerville, Texas.
