SAN DIMAS, Calif. - (04/04/06) -- Credit union executives raised morethan a wine glass, but also $120,000 last Friday for the Children'sMiracle Network during the first annual Credit Unions for Kids WineAuction. More than 200 credit union executives and relatedindividuals from California, Oregon, Utah and Washingtonparticipated in the event at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Pasadena.The funds will be donated to eight children's hospitals inCalifornia which are part of the Children's Miracle Network. Theauction was sponsored by the California CU League, WesCorp FCU, TheCO-OP Network, Financial Service Centers Cooperative, CUNA MutualGroup, Redwood CU and San Francisco Fire CU.
