Tobyhanna FCU Adds AnyHour Solutions Call Center Services

SCRANTON, Penn. – Tobyhanna FCU has signed with AnyHour Solutions for the company’s 24x7 call center solution.

AnyHour will supplement Tobyhanna’s internal contact center by serving the credit union’s members requests after hours, on the weekends and when there is a high call volume.

AnyHour will provide the service via a real-time interface between its front-end call center system, KIVA Group’s Respect 7 contact center, and Tobyhanna’s in-house Symitar Episys core system.
