TruWest CU Pilots Integrated Media’s TotaleAtlas 5.2

TEMPE, Ariz. – TruWest CU has been beta testing the 5.2 version of Integrated Media Management’s TotaleAtlas document presentment application, with e-signature capabilities.

The $800-million credit union elected to beta TotaleAtlas 5.2 as an existing customer on the TotaleAtlas platform. TruWest said it had identified gaps in its existing workflow and wanted a solution that would support new efficiencies and compliance with internal initiatives and regulatory requirements, while also continuing to drive a paperless environment.

“We knew incorporating automated workflow would truly change how our credit union operates, and IMM’s new TotaleAtlas 5.2 is doing precisely that,” said Dee Dee Martinelli, financial systems manager for TruWest. “It has renewed and enhanced how we can use electronic documents and electronic signature capture. We anticipate increased adoption of these technologies across the credit union as well as expect to see additional cost savings and member service benefits.”

The company said TotaleAtlas 5.2 offers:
* Multi-channel blended signatures, which increases the types of electronic signatures available for consumers to sign documents in-person at a branch or remotely as well as across various devices, or through a combination of methods, when multiple signatures are required;
* A new user interface that is more intuitive, easily navigable and aesthetically pleasing while still providing the rich functionality of TotaleAtlas; and,
* An improved signing experience that eliminates credit unions’ dependency on a specific Adobe Reader version.
