OLYMPIA, Wash. – TwinStar CU said it has implemented ESRI’s ArcGIS Business Analyst geographic information system software to assist in growing its network of branch and ATM locations.
The software will help the credit union, which serves the whole state of Washington, analyze markets and site new branches and other service facilities.
ArcGIS Business Analyst is a scalable family of products comprising server, desktop, and online applications that can easily be deployed throughout an organization for improved collaboration and decision making. Businesses are able to incorporate the software into their existing work flows to provide enhanced marketing and customer intelligence through analyzing site selection, customer segmentation, demographic trends, and potential markets.
