Two CUs Choose Digital Dialogue

Digital Dialogue announced two Connecticut-based credit unions-Groton-based Charter Oak and Norwalk-based Greater Norwalk Area Credit Union- have chosen it to provide Internet-empowered call center services. Members of both credit unions will be able to access information instantly, 24-hours a day, via telephone or the Internet. Members can communicate in real-time with member service representatives, via Digital Dialogue's Internet-enabled Web chat tool. Charter Oak, for instance, is using Digital Dialogue's platform for all its lending channels, including its indirect relationship with more than 60 auto dealers.
