EAST HARTFORD, Conn. – Two would-be robbers were captured after a street chase following their failed effort to enter East Hartford FCU, a credit union for police and firefighters, last Friday.

A witness in the building saw two men wearing face masks, gloves and black clothing trying to open the door around 11 a.m. But the masked men couldn't get in because the credit union keeps its doors locked, buzzing in regular customers, according to police.
The two men fled and were captured after a brief pursuit, described as a "slow-speed" chase, when they abandoned their getaway car and were apprehended during a foot chase.
The suspects were identified as Quincy Soyini, 35, and Kunta Soyini, 31 and are believed to be brothers.
