Two Men Convicted InRobbery/Carjacking

BOSTON - (09/29/05) -- Two South Boston men guiltyWednesday in federal court to a violent 2003 armed robbery atTelephone Workers CU in Braintree, after which they carjacked agetaway car to snarl traffic on the southeast artery of Boston. Afew days after the robbery police tracked one of the suspects,33-year-old William Brymer, all the way to Martha's Vineyard, wherehe was holed up in a remote island hideaway. Brymer and JamesTurpin, 44, were convicted of robbery and weapons charges and facea mandatory sentence of 32 years in prison when sentenced inJanuary.
