WYOMISSING, Penn.--Utilities Employees Credit Union, a virtual credit union serving the U.S. utility and energy industry nationally, has rolled out a new product for members who have had difficulty obtaining a checking account at other institutions. The card carries a $12 monthly fee.
Called "MyPay," the account includes simple spending account accessed via a VISA check card.
The MyPay Account enables UECU members to use payroll funds to make purchases and access ATM cash using the UECU Advantages VISA Check Card. The program offers rewards points.
