Harland Financial Solutions' has tweaked the branding of its UltraData data processing subsidiary according to how a credit union uses the company.
As part of a market segmentation strategy reported in August in The Credit Union Journal, its solution is now delivered as either UltraData Enterprise or UltraData Essentials.
UltraData Enterprise serves the mid and large-size credit union segments as either a service bureau offering from the company's state-of-the-art Enterprise Services Center in Des Moines, Iowa or as an in-house solution. UltraData Essentials serves the smaller segment will be delivered primarily as a service bureau offering.
Internal organizational restructuring was required in order to ensure delivery on this segmentation and client-centric strategy.
