United FCU Converts To Fidelity National’s MISER Processing System

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – United FCU has signed with Fidelity National Information Systems to implement the company’s MISER core processing solution.

The $1.2 billion credit union will also deploy Fidelity National’s customer relationship management solution, Connections.

With MISER, credit unions can service both retail and commercial customers, increase the speed of member service requests and transaction processing and manage workflow by interfacing with documents, images and cross-selling opportunities.
