SAN DIEGO - (12/15/04) -- Christmas came early for one USE CUmember--a $25,000 check for winning the credit union's XtremeFinancial Makeover Contest. Carmen Guardado, a married mother offive, was the winner of the contest in which the credit unionchallenged members to show them how to improve their finances, in atake-off of the popular TV show, Extreme Makeover. Six other creditunion members won $2,500 each in the contest.
