Utah’s Wasatch Peaks FCU Grows Through Mergers

OGDEN, Utah – Wasatch Peaks FCU, a $190-million credit union created through the 2011 combination of two healthy credit unions, is expanding again with the merger of $64-million SummitOne FCU, also in Ogden.

Wasatch Peaks FCU was created by the combination of Alliance CU and Weber CU. Alliance itself was the product of mergers of Ogden Board of Realtors FCU, Cream of Weber CU and Rocky Mountain CU, formerly Ogden City Employees CU.

The newly formed credit union will serve residents of surrounding Weber, Davis and Morgan counties.
