MADISON, Wis. – UW CU, formerly University of Wisconsin CU, said yesterday it has signed with core processor Cology Inc. to provide it with a customized alternative student loan platform.

The strategic relationship brings a complete loan origination solution to UW Credit Union utilizing Cology's core processing system, Volta.
The $1 billion credit union will use Cology's technology platform and core processing system to perform loan underwriting, origination and data management. Cology also will provide the credit union with the company's service bureau.
