FREMONT, Calif. - (05/08/06) -- AltiGen Communications Inc.announced it has implemented its Voice over Internet Protocol phonesystem in three credit unions. The phone systems, call centers andInteractive Voice Response solutions were deployed in conjunctionwith Fiserv's AFTECH unit at Lehigh Valley Educators CU, U.S.Employees O.C. FCU, and Jefferson Parish School Board Employees CU.AltiGen and AFTECH worked together to dveelop an Interactive VoiceResponse system integrated with AFTECH's core processingapplications.
