Whatcom Educational CU Gives $12,000 To Non-Profits

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Whatcom Educational CU donated more than $12,000 to eight local non-profits under its annual Social Responsibility grant program.

The grants were awarded to: Whatcom Day Academy, Sustainable Connections, Ferndale Food Bank, Sumas Youth & Community Services, GRADS Teen Parent Program, Bellingham/Whatcom Project Homeless Connect, and the Center for Local Self-Reliance, Kids' Council NW. In total, the donations reached $12,105.

The $550 million credit union is the largest credit union in Whatcom County.
