BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Whatcom Education CU has donated $17,648 to 10 local non-profit organizations as part of its annual social responsibility campaign.
The funds went to: Big Brothers Big Sisters; Sean Humphrey House; Visiting Nurse Home Care – Friendly Visitors; Max Higbee Center; ARC of Whatcom County, Assistance League of Bellingham, Bellingham Central Lions, Kulshan Community Land Trust, WWU Foundation – Woodring College of Education.
Also receiving donations were: The Other Bank; Love Inc.; WWU Money$ense; Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services; ALS Association, American Museum of Radio and Electricity, Hearing Loss Association of Whatcom, Whatcom County Council on Aging – Bellingham Senior Activity Center, Northwest Washington Association for the Education of Young Children; and Whatcom Women in Business.
