DOTHAN, Ala. – Wiregrass FCU has contracted with TRC Interactive for the company’s CreditUnionTrainingOnline for employee training.
The $36 million credit union will have full use of Training Central, the training program’s Learning Management System.
CreditUnionTrainingOnline is TRC Interactive’s online library of customized training courses for credit unions that incorporates the institution’s terminology and logo, giving it the look and feel of their very own training program. The company said it has enhanced graphics, animation and special effects to engage and involve trainees to increase retention and performance. Online courses include Sales, Teller, Compliance, Member Service, Lending and Management.
