Wise Old Owls Choose Credit Union

First Peoples Community FCU's branch here had to call the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources after screech owls twice moved into the credit union. After an owl was removed from the branch on a Friday, the state had to be called again when a different owl found its way inside the following Tuesday. The small birds flew about the branch, moving from security cameras to hanging plants to an artificial tree being used as part of a promotion.
