XP Draws More Than 750 People To Confab

XP Systems drew more than 750 people to its 23rd Annual Customer Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz. Much of the meeting was focused on release of its new XP2 system, an in-house, core information system now in place at 200 credit unions.

The first release of XP2 introduced an integrated member services and cross-selling platform that runs on an IBM DB2 open relational database. "In two separate panel discussions, six credit union representatives shared their experiences using the XP2 Member Services Platform to drive culture changes at their credit unions and improve services to members," the company said. Randy Stolp, call center manager of Orange County's Credit Union, noted that XP2's member summary screens have given his call center staff far more at-a-glance information on each member contact through all channels. XP Systems' next customer gathering will be held in May 2004 in Orlando, Florida.
