GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Xtend Financial Services, a multi-owned CUSO, reported that more than three-dozen credit unions are now using its SRS (Shared Resources and Staff) Bookkeeping Services business unit for a variety of daily balancing and reconciliation services.
Xtend said the service is available starting at $150 per week, with client credit unions ranging from $5 million in assets to $200 million.
The services are currently available to CUs running the CU*BASE processing system. Services include balancing member records and change fund, corporate check and money order reconciliation, ACH, ATM and Share Draft settlement, reviewing dormant account activity, exception reports, mortgage escrow analysis, and more.
“The success of this business unit has laid a solid foundation for future SRS service offerings,” said President Scott Collins. “Our involvement in new client conversions has given us a new perspective on value that we can add for our partner organizations.”
The CUSO was formed in 2002 and is currently owned by 45 credit unions.
