LEAGUE CITY, Texas – Amoco FCU dropped 40,000 pounds of snow at its Tuscan Lakes Branch last week, inviting more than 1,000 kids and adults to build snowmen, have snowball fights and otherwise just enjoy the wintry white stuff.

Kids also had a chance to meet Santa Claus, who drove up to the snow-covered site, not in a sleigh–but in a red corvette.
U.S. Marines based in Galveston joined Amoco employees at the Tuscan Lakes Snow Zone, where they collected over 200 toys and $250 in donations for Toys for Tots.
