WOODLAND, Calif. – The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco on Friday announced it has awarded Yolo FCU a $100,000 grant through its Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership, or WISH, program.
The money will be used to provide grants of up to $15,000 to eligible low- and moderate-income buyers for down payment assistance and closing costs associated with the purchase of a home.
The credit union disbursed $60,000 in FHLB WISH funds last year.
The bank was determined, by multiple industry rankings and experts, to be the best mobile banking provider in the U.S.. Bank of America took second place.
