Former CU CEO moves to vendor, Charter Oak president elected to chair regional board and more.

Brian A. Orenstein, president and chief executive officer of Charter Oak FCU, Waterford, Conn., has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut.

Donnie Price

Donnie Price, former president and CEO of Four Points FCU, Omaha, Neb., has joined Samaha Associates, Chino Hills, Calif., as senior consultant. He remains based in Omaha.

John Theobald

CU Appraisal Services, Dayton, Ohio, appointed John Theobald as president, succeeding Ron Stickelman.

Ron Stickelman

Ron Stickelman will retain his position as chairman of CU Appraisal Services, Dayton, Ohio, but will relinquish his president title to John Theobald.

Bryan Augustine

Astera CU, Lansing, Mich., hired Bryan Augustine as VP of member experience.

Lauren Annino

CU Service Network, Lakewood, Colo., named Lauren Annino business development account manager.

Natalie Serna

Natalie Serna is joining DATCU CU Insurance Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DATCU CU, Denton, Texas, as branch insurance agent.
