Kinecta FCU, Manhattan Beach, Calif., promoted Shane Knighton to first VP-business services.

Kelly Botti

TruMark Financial CU, Trevose, Pa., promoted Kelly Botti to SVP-chief risk officer.

John McKechnie

John McKechnie has been named senior partner of the Washington, D.C.-based public policy and advocacy firm Total Spectrum.

Michelle Peterson
