Counting down the top-performing banks from $10B-$50B of assets

Between 2019 and 2021, all banks with $10 billion-$50 billion of assets recorded a three-year return on average equity of 9.13%. The top performers in the category did much better.

All 10 banks on the list reported a return on average equity above 14%, according to an analysis by Capital Performance Group. And two of them topped 20%.
