A. William Reynolds, chairman and chief executive officer of Gencorp in Fairlawn, Ohio, has been appointed chairman of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland for 1993.

Mr. Reynolds, previously deputy chairman, was also reappointed a director.

G. Watts Humphrey Jr., president of GWH Holdings, Pittsburgh, has been appointed a director and also will succeed Mr. Reynolds as deputy chairman.

Marvin Rosenberg, a partner in Towne Properties Ltd., Cincinnati was reappointed chairman of the board of the Cleveland Fed's Cincinnati branch for 1993.

Jerry W. Carey, president and chief executive officer of Union National Bank and Trust Co., Barbourville, K.y., and John N. Taylor, chairman and chief executive of Kurz-Kasch Inc., Dayton, Ohio, were appointed directors.

Eleanor Hicks, senior partner and chief executive officer of Hicks & Kinley, Cincinnati, was reappointed to the board.

Robert P. Bozzone, president and chief executive officer of Allegheny Ludlum Corp., Pittsburgh, was reappointed chairman and director at the Pittsburgh branch.

New members of the Pittsburgh board are Frank V. Cahouet, chairman, president, and CEO of Mellon Bank Corp. and Mellon Bank, Pittsburgh, and Randall L.C. Russell, president and CEO of Ranbar Technology Inc., Glenshaw, Pa.
