LaSalle National Bank, Chicago, has agreed to purchase a worldwide license for a bank planning, reporting, and analysis software system from Bancware, Braintree, Mass.
LaSalle, which currently uses the software for financial planning and asset/liability analyses, is purchasing the expanded license for use by its subsidiaries and parent corporation, ABN Amro Bank of the Netherlands. ABN Amro will use the software in various financial planning functions, including asset/liability management and forecasting.
