Aithent Inc. said Charter Oak Federal Credit Union has agreed to use its Fraud Manager software.
Charter Oak, of Groton, Conn., said it would use Aithent's Web-based system for investigating financial crimes. The New York vendor's software is replacing a system of managing fraud investigations through paper and an internally developed spreadsheet.
"The moment we started using Aithent Fraud Manager, creating case reports got easier and were measurably more accurate," Joseph Childress, Charter Oak's vice president of operations, said in a press release Monday.
