Ingenico Sa said Monday that its Axis management platform is on track to complete 600 million transactions for the year.
The French terminal maker said the holiday season should increase its payment platform's volume by 50% compared with 2009.
"Our performance levels reflect fully on the Ingenico strategy for developing services," Jacques Behr, the senior vice president of Ingenico Solutions and Managed Services, said in a press release.
The 15-year-old system operates primarily in France, Spain, Ireland, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand.
Ingenico is the largest terminal maker in the world. Its 2010 revenue is projected to be $1.17 billion.
