B of A Names Jackie Yoon President of St. Louis Market

Bank of America has named Jackie Yoon president of its St. Louis market, after Larry Otto left the job for the same position at U.S. Bancorp.

Yoon has been managing director of the Midwest region for Bank of America's U.S. Trust wealth management division. She will retain those duties along with her new position as head of the St. Louis market. Yoon joined B of A in 2014 and has previously worked in private banking and wealth management for JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo.

As St. Louis market president, Yoon will oversee B of A's integration of financial services and lead its corporate social responsibility in the market, according to a news release. Bank of America is the second-largest bank in metro St. Louis, based on number of branches, and the third-largest based on total deposits, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

Yoon's promotion was announced inside the bank on June 16, according to a bank spokeswoman, and publicly announced on July 8. U.S. Bancorp this week named Otto president of its St. Louis market.
