Bank Marketing Association elects Premier's Biff Motley as President.

L. Biff Motley, executive vice president of Premier Bancorp, Baton Rouge, La., is the newly elected president of the Bank Marketing Association, Washington.

Mr. Motley joined Premier in 1986 as senior vice president of marketing; he was later executive vice president of marketing and strategic planning. From 1976 to 1985, he was a partner in the Chicago consulting firm of Whittle, Hanks, Motley & Radon and was president of Financial Products Group.

Philip F. Hudson, executive vice president of First Security Corp., Salt Lake City, will be president-elect of the trade association. L. Leon Patterson will continue as treasurer. He is chairman and chief executive officer of Palmetto Bank. Laurens, S.C.

Michael Riley is managing director of the trade group.

Four members have been elected to serve three-year terms of the group's board. They are:

* Jack David, executive vice president and manager of the marketing division for Seafirst Bank, Seattle.

* Wendy Godfrey, vice president of marketing research at Caliber Bank, Phoenix.

* Brad Iversen, executive vice president of the marketing group at Nationsbank Corp., Charlotte, N.C.

* Lori Teske, vice president of marketing at Andover Bank in Andover, Mass.
