Bank of Kansas City Nabs Banking Veteran

Michael Viazzoli, a former Bank of America Corp. executive, has been named president of Bank of Kansas City.

Marc Maun remains the chief executive of Bank of Kansas City, a division of the $24 billion-asset BOK Financial Corp. in Tulsa, Okla., the Kansas City Business Journal reported Friday. Maun said the newly created position was necessary because the bank has grown and that Viazzoli will focus on commercial lending, according to the newspaper.

A 20-year veteran of the banking industry, Viazzoli spent 12 years at Bank of America as a senior vice president in corporate and investment banking.
