Beneficial Corp. Names Executives

Beneficial Corp., Wilmington, Del., said Michael J. Mayer, senior vice president-marketing and business development, has assumed additional responsibilities as senior vice president-operating, Beneficial Management Corporation of America, a subsidiary .

His responsibilities have expanded to include the operations of Beneficial's Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southern groups. He retains his role as head of the marketing and business development department.
