BillMyParents Inc. announced Monday that it will soon be talking directly to its prepaid card users over the Web.

The San Diego company said its working with RespondQ, the "chat technology" arm of iTrackr Systems Inc., to improve its online customer service.

"The ability to communicate immediately and personally with consumers browsing our website is very important," says Mike McCoy, BillMyParents' chairman and chief executive, in a press release.
