BMO Financial Group and nuTravel Technology Solutions announced an agreement to pair BMO's travel and entertainment card payment offerings with nuTravel's online booking and expense management tools.
"Working together within the same marketplace, our two companies and their respective offerings complement one another and offer measurable value to current and prospective clients," Carmine Carpanzano, the president and chief executive of nuTravel, said in a press release Monday.
Terry Wellesley, managing director of BMO's corporate card division, BMO Spend & Payment Solutions, said in the release that "through our partnership with nuTravel, BMO will offer a wider array of solutions that work for both the road warrior and the corporate travel manager, and deliver true visibility and control over their business travel spend."
BMO is in Toronto. NuTravel is in Port Chester, N.Y.
