BOK Selects Next Chief Credit Officer

BOK Financial Corp. said W. Jeffrey Pickryl will become its chief credit officer before the second quarter of 2009.

In a regulatory filing last week, the $20 billion-asset Tulsa company changed Mr. Pickryl's employment agreement and said he would succeed Chuck Cotter, 54, when he retires. Mr. Pickryl, 55, oversees BOK Financial's banking subsidiaries in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. In addition, BOK said that David Kyle resigned from its board after his retirement as the chief executive of the Tulsa energy company OneOK Inc. BOK's board now has 17 members.
