Ms. Flannagan, the bank's CFO since its opening in June 2003, left to pursue other opportunities, the company said in a press release.

The announcement came on the heels of a poor third quarter for the $66 million-asset Seacoast. It reported a net loss of $672,000, or 44 cents per share, for the quarter, compared with net income of $302,000 the year earlier.

Ms. Zivanic worked 17 years in various posts for the New York private bank U.S. Trust Corp., including controller of its West Coast operations. U.S. Trust was recently bought by Bank of America Corp.
