CBE Companies has been named one of Iowa's Top Workplaces, based on surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm focused on organizational health and employee engagement.
The company is a global business process outsourcer that offers both first-party and third-party debt collections. It employs more than 1,200 people in seven worldwide locations.
CBE Companies ranked 19th in the state in the large-sized category.

WorkplaceDynamics has conducted more than one million employee surveys and compiled top employer lists for some of the nation's largest media outlets.
The surveys consistently show employees place value on feeling appreciated at work, particularly if its for a company they believe is headed in the right direction. On the other hand, benefits are consistently the factor thats least related to success of top workplaces.
